Daily Operation is a casual, farm driven restaurant located in the tight community of Easthampton, Massachusetts. We like to call our style of food “Stoner International” because we take influences from all over the world and make whatever excites us. We are dedicated to farms, the community, and working peoples who want delicious, creative, and consistent food they can afford to eat. Open Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-9pm.
